Substitutes are allowed at ZERO cost with a verifiable DUPR rating between according to division level of league.
Please try and add subs rather than defaulting.

Texas Team Pickleball League Refund Policy
Refunds are ONLY issued in two specific scenarios:
1. Designated division is not fielded
2. Player is deemed ineligible to participate
Key Points:
A grievance is a written formal complaint regarding an alleged violation of an SCP rule or procedure, or a challenge to an SCP rule that is being questioned.
Any player, captain, or volunteer may file a grievance against another player, captain, team, volunteer, or request a review of a rule.
This process helps ensure fair play, maintain sportsmanship and respect among all participants, and improve the quality of our league and player experience.

After registration and payment of league fees, refunds will ONLY be processed under the following two explicit exceptions:
After registration and payment of league fees, no refund will be issued under any other circumstances, including but not limited to:
League registrations are non-transferable.
You may not sell, assign, or transfer your registration to another individual. All participation is limited to the original registered participant.
The no-refund policy is strictly enforced, and there will be no exceptions made for any reason.
By registering for this league, you are agreeing to these terms and understand that your league fees will not be refunded, regardless of the circumstances.
By registering for and participating in the Supreme Court Pickleball or Texas Team Pickleball League matches, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.
