•  Men's and Ladies' Roster: 

• Each team will provide three lines of fixed doubles partnerships.
• Minimum of 8 players per team to be included in league draws.

•  Mixed (MLP) Roster: 

• Each team will provide 4 players.
• Two men and Two women
• Fixed doubles partnerships for mixed lines. 
• Minimum of 6 players per team to be included in league draws.

•  No maximum team size.

•  Players can be added at any time.

•  Players may play on multiple teams and in multiple divisions.

•  Players may play on multiple teams and in multiple division request.

•  If a team plays an ineligible player (player not on the roster, outside DUPR maximum, or unregistered sub) the entire match is forfeited.

DUPR (Dynamic Universal Pickleball Rating) will be used exclusively for participation in all club programming. 

•   DUPR account is needed for eligibility.  

•  A NR rating in DUPR will default to self-rating.  

•  Mandatory membership in SCP DUPR virtual club to be eligible to play. Join DUPR Club 

•  League will verify SCPR DUPR rating automatically via DUPR club.

•  Players are encouraged to play in the division that matches their skill level (honor code) at time of registration. 

•  DUPR Minimums:  There is no MINIMUM rating a player must have to roster, it is highly recommended that players be no more than 0.5 lower than the listed rating for that division of play.

•  DUPR Maximums: Players competing in each division must have a MAXIMUM rating of the following:

• 3.0 Division → 3.49
• 3.5 Division → 3.99
• 4.0 Division → 4.49
• 4.5 Division → 4.99

• Captains may request higher division up until new team requests closes.

•  DUPRs are dynamic. Your DUPR will "lock" in when you register to determine division eligibility for the full season and through play off advancement.

•If an athlete’s rating is above the division cap contact the league administrator.

 Supreme Court Pickleball offers Five (5) DUPR divisions. 

•  Caps signify the highest rating a player may have to participate on the team. 

• Open Division: Any team with any players with 5.0+ rating with 5.99 cap.

• Premier Division 1: 4.5 team w/ 4.99 cap

• Select Division 2: 4.0 team w/ 4.49 cap

• Club Division 3: 3.5 team w/ 3.99 cap

• League Division 4: 3.0 team w/ 3.49 cap 

•  Five team minimum to field division or divisions can be combined. (teams could be moved up)

•Player may play up at their division level or at a higher skill level or DUPR rating, meaning DUPR is lower than the cap

•Player many not play below their skill level or lower DUPR rating, mean

•   Match Scheduling

• The league will provide schedules, including opponents and match days, no later than 2 weeks before the first match to captains and facility directors.
• Captains are responsible for working with facility directors to secure courts and establish match start times.
• All captains must enter finalized match times for the season one week before the first match.

•   League Flexibility and Rescheduling

• The league encourages flexibility and active participation.
• All captains have the option to reschedule matches.
• Communicate with your opposing captain to discuss changes to the published schedule.
• Both captains must agree on any rescheduling.
• If an agreement cannot be reached, the published match time remains in effect.
•  All rescheduled matches must be completed before the last match of the season. If captains cannot agree on a date and time, the league administrator will set the date and time during the last week of the season 

•  Rain Outs or Severe Weather 

• Captains can call off the match up to 4 hours before the start time, using The Weather Channel as a guide.
• The home team captain will coordinate with the opposing captain to find suitable days to reschedule.
• The home team must provide three options for dates and times to the opponent.
• The opposing captain will select one of those options.
• If an agreement cannot be reached, contact the league coordinator to set a date and time.

• Days of Play:

• Men's Team 18+: Saturdays between 9:00am and 12:00 pm

• Men's Team 50+: Monday evenings between 7:00pm and 8:00 pm 

• Ladies' 50+ Team: Monday evenings between 7:00pm and 8:00 pm

• Mixed 18+: Sundays between 3:00pm and 4:00pm

• Mixed 50+: Sundays between 12:00pm and 2:00pm

• Ladies' 18+ pending

Home team stays on assigned courts; visiting team rotates. 

•  Each round has 2 games to 11 by two.

•   Reminder: Line Participation:

ALL LINES MUST SHOW UP TO PLAY THEIR ROUNDS. If your opponent defaults one or two lines, your lines are still required to compete in each of the matches in the round-robin format 

SCORING:

The winner of the match is determined by the most match points earned.  

•  +Two (2) points will be scored for each game won.

•  +One (1) point is awarded for lost matches if the team successfully scored six or more points in a single game.

•  The winning team in each round will score the most points. 

•  Tied matches are possible in gender teams. 

•  A Supreme Tie Breaker will be played in Mixed (MLP) Doubles only.

•  Tie Break Round 4 is played only in the event of a tied matched for mixed only. 
• Supreme Mix Up of 4 consecutive serves, rotating players and switching net sides accordingly. 
• The first team to reach 11 points by 2 wins.

•  Points for a line default will be awarded to the opposing team.

•  A default from the opposing team, results in your players having a bye that round. All of your lines will be still playing their rounds each with one bye.  

•  If a team plays an ineligible player (player not on the roster, outside DUPR maximum, or unregistered sub) the entire match is forfeited.

SERVING: 

 • No coin toss or racquet spin is used to determine serve or side. 

• First Game: Visiting team chooses to serve, receive, pick a side, or defer.

•   Subsequent Games:

• Teams switch sides after each game.

• The team that served first in the previous game receives in the next game.

 •  A DUPR ID is mandatory for league participation.

 •  Rating Process:

• New players receive an initial "NR" (Not Rated) status
• Self-rating is used for league registration (honor system)
• DUPR dynamically adjusts with each match played
• A preliminary rating typically appears after 5 games (2 league matches)
• DUPR considers the rating accurate after 10 games

 •  For New Players:

• First match rating is based on performance against rated players
• Expect rating fluctuations in early matches before stabilization
• Rated players' scores are minimally impacted when playing against NR players
• In all-NR matches, a baseline 3.5 level is assumed and adjusted based on outcomes

 •  DUPR has a process to address significant discrepancies between self-rating and actual performance and will be in touch with the player directly.

Experience the ultimate flexibility in team pickleball league play with our innovative Bring Your Own Court (BYOC) concept. 

• Team captains elect a home court location within your county or city. Captains coordinate courts directly with the facility director.  

• Enjoy the Journey through the top pickleball facilities in your area.

• All facility and court fees are the responsibility of the team captain and team members.

League Fees:   $30.00 + $4.92 processing and registration fee. 

Substitution Fee: $15.00 +$3.90 processing fee per game.

In an effort to keep league fees down, the following costs are not covered:

• Facility Fees
  • Court, guest, and pickleball fees are determined by the facility and paid by the team captain.
  • Team captain pays and distributes costs among team members.
  • These costs are not included in the league fee.
• Playoff Participation
  •  Court, guest, and pickleball fees are the to be split by the participating teams.
  • 1st place team has home court advantage.
  • Home team captain secures courts and splits fees with visiting teams.
  • These costs are not included in the league fee.
• Nationals Participation
  • Team registration, travel, and all related expenses are covered by team players.
  • These costs are not included in the league fee.

 TEAM SUBSTITUES ARE HALF PRICE. 

 Substitutes are allowed for any regular season team matches at a 50% league fee discount with verifiable DUPR rating between according to division level of league.

The fee is valid for one match.

• Eligibility
  • Substitutes must have a verifiable DUPR rating within the division's range
  • Half off the  league fee for team substitutions
  • Players with "NR" (Not Rated) DUPR scores are ineligible as substitutes
• Limitations
  • You can have subs for as many matches as you like.
  • Each sub can play a maximum of one time in the season on your roster.
  • If a sub needs to play more than 1x, the differential in the league fee is due before the match is played.
  • If an ineligible player plays, the entire match is forfeited.
• Match Reporting
  • Matches with substitutes are reported to DUPR
  • These matches still earn match points for the league standings,
