League Structure
- Players: 12 teams participating
- Matches: 11 matches per team throughout the season
- Please check your dashboard for all contact information
Match Format
- Best 2 out of 3 games
- Singles: Each game played to 15 points
- Win by 2 points in all games
Scoring System
- +1 match point per game won
- +1 bonus match point if match is won in 2 games
- Bonus point is entered manually on bottom right when you enter scores.
Flexible Scheduling
- Draws available online, each set for now on Monday at 12:00am, so you know they are "faux" dates and times.
- To help plan, the format is set up to play one match weekly.
- Players can play early or later.
- Home team player needs to reach out to opponent to coordinates match times
- Matches have been loaded with you in your line up. (ignore player 2, the platform is coding to eliminate that for singles.)
Home Player Responsibilities
- Secure and pay for court fees
- Provide 2 new outdoor pickleballs (1 for play, 1 backup)
- Reach out to opponent to schedule matches
- Enter agreed upon dates and times of the match in www.matchtime.com
- Enter match results in www.matchtime.com opponent review and approve.
Score Management
- Home player captains enter scores
- Visiting player approve scores
Substitution Policy
- Substitutes are allowed at ZERO cost with a verifiable DUPR rating between according to division level of league.
- Player with an NR DUPR score is not eligible to play as a substitute.
- If you have more than two substitutes during the season, you or your team will not be eligible to be declared the winner.
- Edit your line up to select "Supreme Court Pickleball Admin" as your player if you have a substitute.
- This will enable proper points to be awarded.
- This will prevent the match from being synchronized with DUPR.
Winners and Advancement
- Winners proceed to annual city championships
- Player(s) with most match points win at the end of the season wins.
- Tiebreakers will be resolved by:
- Head-to-head results
- Percentage of total games won (if played same team twice)
Prizes:
- Division winners get net next flex session free!!
