Before diving into match scores, ensure the team's season is visible:

• Look for a small arrow (▼) on the left side of the team's name
• Click this arrow to expand and reveal the team's seasonal information

• Located on the right side of the screen in a blue bar
• Displays total points for each team
• Provides a quick, at-a-glance performance snapshot

For in-depth analysis, click the "Division Stats" link (typically in white text):

• Reveals comprehensive team statistics
• Shows score points lost
• Displays complete lines and scores at the bottom of the page

To edit a match date or time in MatchTime:

1. Log into your MatchTime account.
2. Navigate to the "Matches & Teams" page.
3. Click on "edit schedule" for your team1.
4. Locate the match you want to modify.
5. Change the match date or time as needed.
6. Scroll to the bottom of the "edit schedule" page.
7. Click on the "submit edited schedule" button to save your changes.

Alternatively, for a quicker method:

1. Go to the "Matches & Teams" page.
2. Find the match you want to change.
3. Click the "3 vertical dots" to the left of the green "create lineup" button.
4. Select "reschedule" from the options.
5. Choose "Set New Match Date".
6. Update the date and/or time and adjust availability/lineup options if needed.
7. Click the green "Submit New Match Date" button to confirm changes.

For changing individual line times within a match:

1. Go to the "create lineup" page.
2. Adjust match times line by line on this page.

Create Lineup Options - which button to choose? - MatchTime 

• Log into your MatchTime account
• Navigate to your team's match schedule

When viewing your match, locate the three horizontal dots (also known as the "kebab" or "meatballs" menu) typically positioned near the match entry.

Clicking these dots reveals a dropdown menu with multiple actions:

• Edit lineup
• Enter scores
• Reschedule match
• Print scorecard

• Email lineup
• Contact opposing captain
• Email individual player contacts

• Click on the "Print Scorecard" option
• Preview the document
• Use browser print function to generate hard copy

Add an answer to 

1. Navigate to match details
2. Click three-dot kebab menu
3. Select "Email Lineup"
4. System will automatically:
   • Populate email with match details
   • Include date, time, location
   • List all rostered players

1. Players receive email notification
2. They can:
   • Confirm availability
   • Decline participation
   • Communicate conflicts directly

• Similar process through app interface
• Click "Email Lineup" button
• Select players to include

• Send lineup email early (48-72 hours before match)
• Follow up with players who haven't responded
• Have alternates ready for potential no-shows

• Contact the opposing captain a few days before the match
• Confirm:
  • Match time
  • Match location
  • Any specific match details

• Call or email the opposing captain
• Ensure you receive a confirmation response
• If no response, continue to follow up

  • Input set 1 and set 2 scores
  • For 3rd set tiebreaker: Enter 1 for winner, 0 for loser, and tiebreak score in TB column

• Weather Delays: Select "weather delay", enter current score details
• Opponent Retirement/Walkover: Choose appropriate option from dropdown

To enter a default score and select a default player for your team or the other team:

1.  Log into your MatchTime account and go to the "Matches & Teams" section

2.  Click on "enter scores" for the match you want to update.

3.  For the line that needs to be defaulted, select the "Default" option instead of entering a score in the score entry field.

4.  Next, select the player(s) who were on site to play from either team, and select default as the player(s) who were not on site to play.

• The match score will automatically populate as 11-0, with 0 to the team defaulting.
• Select the players from the team that did not, so the match will count towards their 2 required matches to advance to playoffs.
• Defaults are not synchronized with DUPR.
• The non-defaulting team will earn the team match points win. These lines are not reported to DUPR.

5.  Complete the score entry for any other lines that were played.

6.  Submit the scores once all information has been entered.

Match availability at quick glance - MatchTime 

Match game scores sync with DUPR automatically. Here’s how the process works:

Match Completion & Score Entry:

1. Match Completion & Score Entry: Home captains are encouraged to enter scores into the system within 2 days of match completion.
2. Review Process and Notification: The opposing captain is notified to review the scores and can request adjustments if needed.
3. Automatic Approval: Scores are automatically approved 2 days after being entered if no changes are requested.
4. Sync Timeline:  Matches automatically sync to DUPR. Synchronization occurs 2 days after original scores are entered or 2 days after scores are edited with adjustments 

Note: If necessary, scores can still be edited after syncing with DUPR.

To sync DUPR ratings for your team:

1. Access your team in MatchTime
2. Click on "Team Roster" section
3. Click on "DUPR Refresh All"

This action will manually trigger a DUPR ratings update for all players on the team roster.
